Matter: Controller's red plug without voltage
Progress: mail sent

I received the new switch from Burchda, unexpectedly and without prior notice nor a tracking number.
I plugged it in, and it works fine, also the black plug has power.

However, when I was checking the plug voltages, I discovered that now it is one of the red plugs without power.
The e-bike hasn't been touched since the video about the motor situation, which leads me to conclude that it must have been during those tests, I haven't even opened the controller compartment since and until now.

Matter: Rear motor failure.
Progress: Pending

B's proposal to send a new motor; Customer dissatisfaction expressed due to several issues with the e-bike and the way it was sold, especially the fact that the product is not as advertised in crucial factors. Also, with only 12.5 kilometers and very little use, yet it already has so many problems. In addition to other factors mentioned, two 1000W motors, not 750W, will have to be replaced.
Lawyer to report to the appropriate national and and EU authorities.

Matter: Popping sound from controller; no lights.
Progress: B's decided to send a new switch for replacement.

Obs.: Purchased and temporarly installed a replacement light kit. Only one connection to the controller is required. Used one of the two red plugs because the black one doesn't work due to the switch issue. Working perfectly except for the brakes, which aren't possible because the e-bike uses hydraulic brakes instead of mechanical ones. B Support told me to send a photo of the kit's schematic, which I won't do until the switch and other issues are resolved.

Matter: Batery falsely advertised and sold
Progress: To be solved with other matters. B still claims by e-mail "Dual battery stands for two batteries." when the capacity makes that not feasible on the e-bike unless major modifications are made.

Matter: Prices on e-bike across B's sites.
Progress: A settlement agreement has been reached.

Same seller, different prices on other websites after I made the payment.
Seller: "NO REFUNDS"
Received compensation for approximately the difference found, €99.00.
